Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Reviews.Help when you use our website, place an order, or work with our team. Plain English, but it still counts as a contract. Please read it before placing an order.
Last updated: 28 April 2026
The agreement
What you're agreeing to and how this contract is formed.
By using Reviews.Help in any form (visiting the website, contacting our support, or placing an order) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the service.
"You" or "Client" means the person or business buying our service. "We", "us", or "Reviews.Help" means the team providing the service. The contract between us is formed when you place an order and we accept it. Acceptance happens when we confirm the order in writing or start the work.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your country, to use Reviews.Help. By placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement and have the authority to bind the business you represent.
What we do
A short description of what you can buy from us, and what we don't promise.
Reviews.Help offers three categories of service:
- Removing bad reviews. We build a written dispute showing that a review on a public platform breaks that platform's policy, and we run the dispute through the platform's official process.
- Posting positive reviews. We write reviews by hand, based on a brief you provide, and post them on the platform you specify.
- Online reputation management. A managed monthly package that combines the above with ongoing monitoring, response handling, and review acquisition.
All work we do is best-effort within the rules of the platforms we work with. The final decision on whether a review stays online or comes off belongs to the platform, not to us. We don't have a private channel to any platform and we don't pay platform staff. What we sell is the case-building and posting work, plus the persistence to follow each case through.
For removal orders, we don't accept every case. If our screening shows your case is unlikely to succeed, we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.
Orders & payment
How orders are placed, paid, and refunded.
Prices for each service are listed on the relevant product page. The price shown is the full price for the work. No setup fees, no recurring charges, no hidden costs.
Payment is taken in advance. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and major cryptocurrencies. Funds are held until the work is verified delivered, after which they're released to us. If the work fails, the money is returned.
Refund rules are described in our Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms. The short version: full refund if we couldn't deliver, partial refund if part of the work was done before you cancelled, no refund if the work was completed as described.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund. This includes orders where we suspect fraud, where the listing is outside our scope, or where the request would put us in conflict with a platform we work with.
What we need from you
A few things you're responsible for as a client.
To deliver the work you paid for, we need accurate information from your side. Here's what we ask for:
- Correct listing details. The link to the right business, hotel, restaurant, or listing. Wrong links lead to wasted work that we can't refund after the fact.
- Honest brief. When ordering positive reviews, the brief should reflect a real business and not contain false claims about competitors, illegal activity, or anything we wouldn't want associated with our work.
- Account access (where needed). For some removal cases we ask for temporary access to your owner panel. You're responsible for granting and revoking that access yourself, and for choosing what level of access we get.
- Cooperation. If a platform asks for verification during the case, we may need a quick response from you. Delays on your side may slow the case down.
You agree not to use the service for any illegal purpose, not to attempt to attack our website or systems, and not to resell our services without a written partnership agreement.
Disclaimer
What we're saying we don't guarantee, beyond the money-back guarantee on individual orders.
Reviews.Help provides the service "as is", with no warranties beyond those explicitly written in these terms or in the money-back guarantee on each product page.
We don't guarantee:
- That a removal will be granted by the platform on the first attempt, or at all. We refund the order if it isn't, but we don't promise a specific outcome.
- That a posted review will stay live forever. Our 30-day monitoring window covers the period when most platform filtering happens. After that, the review is treated as part of the platform's normal moderation cycle.
- That platform policies, algorithms, or moderator behaviour will stay the same. Platforms change their rules without notice, and we adapt as best we can.
- That we'll improve, raise, or maintain a specific star rating, search ranking, or business outcome. We work on individual cases. Outcomes for your business as a whole depend on many factors outside our control.
You acknowledge that buying positive reviews is restricted or regulated in some jurisdictions and is against the terms of service of most platforms we work with. The legal and platform-side risk associated with that activity is yours, not ours. We provide the service in good faith and with care, but we don't take on liability for actions that platforms or regulators may take against your account or business.
Limitation of liability
The cap on what we can be held responsible for.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of Reviews.Help is limited to the amount you paid us for the order or orders that gave rise to the claim, in the 12 months before the claim was raised.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. That includes (but is not limited to) loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, loss of reputation, loss of data, or any platform actions taken against your account or listing as a result of your use of our service.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything else that can't be limited by applicable law.
Intellectual property
Who owns what.
The Reviews.Help website, the product names, logos, brand, written content, and code are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, republish, or use them without written permission, except where allowed by fair use.
For positive review orders, the text we write for you is delivered as part of the service and posted on the platform you specified. You don't get a license to reuse it elsewhere as your own original content. Each review is meant for one specific listing on one specific platform.
If you send us materials (briefs, screenshots, listing details) you grant us a license to use them for the purpose of delivering your order. We don't claim ownership of anything you send us.
Termination
When either side can end the relationship.
You can stop using Reviews.Help at any time. If you have an open order, the Refunds Policy describes what happens.
We may suspend or end your access to the service if you breach these terms, attempt fraud, abuse our support team, or use the service in a way that puts us at legal or commercial risk. Where possible we'll give you notice and a chance to respond first.
Some sections of these terms naturally outlive the relationship. Disclaimer, liability, intellectual property, and governing law all continue to apply after we stop working together.
Governing law, disputes & changes
The legal framework, and how we update these terms.
Governing law. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that can't be resolved between us directly will be brought before the competent courts of the UAE.
If you're a consumer in another country, the laws of your country may give you additional rights that nothing in these terms takes away.
Disputes. Before going to court, both sides agree to try to resolve any disagreement through direct discussion with our support team. In practice almost every issue gets sorted out without escalation.
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent edit. For meaningful changes that affect existing clients, we'll notify active clients by email. Continued use of Reviews.Help after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Severability. If any clause of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
Whole agreement. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Refunds Policy, form the whole agreement between you and Reviews.Help on the matters they cover.
