Online Reputation Management Services
Reviews.Help is an online reputation management company. We've been running our own online e-commerce projects since 2014, which means we were the buyer of ORM before we built one. We use that experience to deliver online reputation management services to businesses across the US, UK, UAE, Canada, and Australia. No agency fluff, no monthly retainers for slide decks. Just reputation clean-up, fresh reviews, and time-tested practices that bring more reviews from your own customers and build real trust in your business.
Pick your platforms. Pick your tier. See the price up-front. Bundle 2-5 platforms and save up to 25%. Reviews, removals, and the systems to keep your rating growing. Pay monthly, or commit longer and save more.

How it works
Five steps from payment to ongoing monthly work.
-
1Choose your plan and pay. Pick the platforms and tier on this page. You see the price before you click. Pay with card, PayPal, or crypto.
-
2Contact us via messenger. Reach us on WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, email, or any other messenger. Send your business profile links and tell us what's going on with your rating.
-
3We start working on your profile. We post hand-written positive reviews and file removal cases against the bad ones. On Growth and PRO, we also reply to incoming reviews for you.
-
4We research your project and brief your tech team. On Growth and PRO, we look at your website and send your developer a list of what to add and where — review widgets, trust badges, "leave a review" buttons, landing pages.
-
5We measure and report back. Monthly reports on how many reviews came in, how your rating moved, and which removal cases closed. Quarterly review covers the bigger picture and the plan for the next three months.
Throughout all of this, your personal account manager stays in touch. You can reach them anytime on the messenger you prefer.
Why online reputation management matters
Search results shape how customers see your business before they ever talk to you. The math behind your rating decides who calls and who keeps scrolling.
Reviews you'll add over a year
Two streams stack up. What we post (dashed line) is the guaranteed monthly volume. What your own customers post through our request system (solid line) ramps up over time. Total reviews after 12 months: STARTER ~80, GROWTH ~220, PRO ~495.
Rating trajectory: an illustrative example
Math for a business starting at 50 reviews and a 3.7 rating, with both streams running: hand-written reviews from us and reviews from your own customers brought in by the request system. The exact curve depends on your starting base. The bigger the existing review pile, the slower the climb.
First impressions happen on Google, not your website
Most buyers Google your business before they click your site. The first thing they see is the star rating, the count of reviews, and the snippet quotes Google picks. That's the ad. A 4.6 with fresh reviews from this month beats a 4.9 from two years ago, every time. A negative review pinned at the top of page one quietly kills calls all year. Online reputation management is the work of fixing that first page.
One bad review carries more weight than several good ones
Buyers spend more time reading the negative reviews. A single fake one-star, a competitor smear, or a misunderstood complaint can drag your rating down for months. Reputation clean-up means removing what's unfair, getting more positive reviews so the average reflects the real customer experience, and keeping things steady. Done well, the customer doesn't notice anything. The numbers do.
Reviews are about momentum, not single ratings
Buyers look at activity as much as score. One review every six months and your page looks dead. One review every week and your page looks like a business people use right now. The same applies to negatives. If a bad review sits there for months with no response and no counter-reviews, the next buyer reads that as confirmation. ORM keeps the flow steady.
DIY rarely works at scale
Asking customers for reviews when you remember to. Replying to a bad one when you have time. Reporting fake reviews and hoping the platform acts. Most businesses run their reputation this way, and most see their rating slowly slide down quarter after quarter. An ORM company runs the process for you: monthly review boosts, lawyer-built removal cases, a system to ask your own customers, and trust elements on your site that turn visits into orders.

Contact support →What is online reputation management, exactly?
Online reputation management is the work of shaping what people see when they search for your business. That means three things at once: removing reviews and content that's unfair or false, adding positive reviews so the score and recency reflect reality, and putting trust signals on your own site so visitors don't bounce. ORM is not PR and it's not SEO, though it borrows from both. It's specifically about your rating, your reviews, and your search snippet.
How is your ORM service different from a marketing agency?
Most agencies sell time. We sell fixed monthly packages. You see what you get for $115 or $310 or $660 per month before you talk to anyone. No discovery calls, no scoping documents, no monthly retainer for slide decks. We've been the buyer of ORM ourselves since 2014, so we know exactly what's worth paying for and what's filler. Everything filler is missing from our packages on purpose.
How long until I see results?
First fresh reviews land in week one. Removal cases take 2 to 6 weeks depending on the platform and the type of review. Rating change is visible in month two for most businesses, and the organic engine starts pulling its own weight by month three. ORM is closer to compound interest than to a one-shot fix. The longer you stay on it, the steeper the curve.
Can you guarantee a bad review will be removed?
We guarantee the work, not every individual outcome. If a review violates platform policy or local law, we have a high success rate getting it down. If it doesn't, no service can promise removal honestly. What we do promise: re-post protection if a removed review comes back, and a written explanation of what's possible before you pay. If we can't help, we'll tell you straight.
Do you work with businesses outside the US?
Yes. We deliver online reputation management services to businesses in the US, UK, UAE, Canada, and Australia. The platforms we cover, Google, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, Yelp, and Airbnb, are the same everywhere, and so is our process. Local language reviews are handled by writers in that language. If your business is in a country we haven't listed, send us a brief and we'll tell you whether we can help.
Can I cancel or change my package mid-month?
Yes. Cancellations and changes are handled through our refund policy. Any refund is calculated based on the work already delivered at the time you ask. Reviews already posted, removal cases already filed, and widgets already installed count as completed work and are non-refundable. The unused part of your prepay is refundable. If something isn't working, write to us and we'll sort out the numbers.
